Houston Chapter's 600th ACTS retreat in Fall
Spend an afternoon of praise and worship with the entire Galveston-Houston ACTS family. We will sing, break bread and celebrate the Eucharist together on October 26, 2014, from 2-5PM. Simultaneous celebrations will be held to mark the 600th ACTS retreat milestone that will be reach this year in our Archdiocese. Celebrations will be held at Circle Lake Retreat Center and at the Christian Renewal Center. The afternoon will include Mass, praise and worship and dinner. The event is FREE but we ask that you register so we can get a head count for the meal. Look for more details in the coming months...but save the date for now! We will need a registration process so we can plan on food and drinks.

ACTS Missions Vision
Through the ACTS retreat, ACTS Missions provides the spark that ignites Catholics, worldwide, with the true eternal flame of the Holy Spirit. As an instrument of God, ACTS is the light that will bring about the New Evangelization to the entire world by fostering love and true discipleship, leading others to a commitment and obedience to the Lord Jesus Christ by our every word, action and thought.
In the name of Jesus we come together to be transformed, bringing with us our gifts, our talents, our history, our experiences, both good and bad. We do so knowing the miracle that lies ahead. The miracle which occurs within, as Jesus calls out to us saying “you are Mine” because you love one another. Yes, when we love one another, we become the miracle and are witnesses to the miracle. Being transformed by His love the world beholds His glory, though us. That’s ACTS.
